All cocktails & dishes are prepared as designed. Please note if a menu item is prepared to specifications and is returned, we will not remove or credit diners' check. Please be sure to make your server aware of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. We highly recommend asking your server about ingredients that you may be unfamiliar with.

To deliver a sophisticated and more comfortable experience, we ask our guest to refrain from wearing overly revealing clothing or clothing with offensive language or imagery. We are a family oriented business and must maintain proper decorum. 

We want all of our guest to feel comfortable and cozy while enjoying Grandma’s family recipes. We take pride in our appearance and kindly ask our guests to respect our guidelines when it comes to attire. 

1861 ownership reserves the right to deny service based on inappropriate attire, or mistreatment of our staff.

Although we love a good party, 1861 is a small restaurant. Noise carries and can be disruptive to our other guest. Please help us maintain our intimate and jazzy vibes by refraining from overly loud singing. Failure to respect our request will result in refusal of service.
